I used some experimental techniques in constructing this model of Johnny Depp's Captain Jack Sparrow. The red slope pieces are placed vertically, in an attempt to simulate a bandanna that actually wraps around the forehead.

This sculpture is designed to be displayed where there is limited space, such as on a shelf. The back of the model is completely flat, so it can be placed flush against a wall. This design of course uses far less pieces and is considerably lighter.
