Imperial Shuttle (Shuttle Tydirium).
The Imperial Shuttle was the second major Star Wars Lego model that I constructed. It was completed in 2001 and has remained basically unchanged since then. I have displayed the model at many venues up and down the country, including Legoland Windsor.
It currently the world's largest Lego model of the Imperial Shuttle. The wings are hinged and the craft can be positioned in it's landing mode.
As was the case with most of the large scale props built for the Star Wars films, the Imperial Shuttle prop was only constructed half scale, which explains why my model seems so large compared to minifigures.
